When you apply for membership through the HCG website or online, HCG will review your information and determine whether to approve your membership.

After registering as a member, you may use the HCG website and related services, such as online product registration, online repair requests, promotional emails, member newsletters and other general member services. By using the HCG website or HCG blog services, you agree to be bound by these Membership Terms and related notices and to comply with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) or applicable local laws.

HCG reserves the right to amend these Membership Terms at any time. Revised terms will be posted on the relevant HCG website page and become effective upon publication without individual notice.

HCG reserves the right to suspend, add, remove or modify any service, or terminate service for any member account, at any time without prior notice. HCG shall not be responsible for inconvenience or loss that may result from suspension, modification or termination of services.

Except in the following circumstances, HCG will not disclose your name, address, email address or other legally protected personal information without your consent:
A. Where required by law or requested by judicial or other competent authorities through lawful procedures.
B. To protect HCG's property and legal rights.
C. In an emergency, to protect the personal safety or rights of other members or third parties.
D. You agree that HCG may, within a reasonable scope, collect, process, retain, transmit and use the personal information you provide to offer information or services, compile membership statistics, conduct research on online behavior, carry out other lawful uses, or provide services such as newsletters and product updates.
For service and technical purposes, HCG may use the personal information you voluntarily provide to send you event and service information periodically or from time to time by email, phone or other means. You may choose whether to participate in HCG activities.

You agree that HCG may, within a reasonable scope, collect, process, retain, transmit and use your registered or stored personal information for membership statistics, online behavior research, other lawful purposes or the provision of services.

You agree not to use any HCG service to harm, infringe upon or attack HCG, its employees, consultants or affiliates.

HCG has final authority to determine whether your conduct complies with these Membership Terms. If HCG determines that your conduct violates these terms or any law, HCG may suspend your account access, delete your account and terminate your use of HCG services at any time. You are solely responsible for any legal liability arising from unlawful conduct.

If you do not have the legal right to authorize others to use, modify, reproduce, publicly transmit, adapt, distribute, publish or publicly present any material, or to sublicense those rights to third parties, do not upload, transmit, input or otherwise provide that material to the HCG Blog. By uploading, transmitting, inputting or providing material to the HCG Blog, you grant HCG an unconditional right to use, modify, reproduce, publicly transmit, adapt, distribute, publish and publicly present that material for public or private purposes and to sublicense those rights. You also warrant that HCG's use of such material will not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights; otherwise, you shall be liable for damages incurred by HCG, including litigation costs and attorneys' fees.

You agree not to use the HCG Blog for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful manner and to comply with applicable laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and generally accepted international internet practices. If you are located outside Taiwan, you also agree to comply with the laws of your country or region. You further agree not to use the service to infringe the rights of others or engage in unlawful conduct, including but not limited to:
1. Activities that violate others' privacy or harm their reputation, such as defamation, harassment, stalking or threats.
2. Creating or distributing inappropriate, abusive, defamatory, infringing, obscene, immoral or illegal content.
3. Promoting, selling or trading services or goods for non-personal purposes.
4. Collecting others' personal information or email addresses.
5. Distributing information under a false identity.
6. Transmitting or uploading any virus, malicious code or harmful program.
7. Transmitting or uploading content that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy or reputation.
8. Interfering with or disrupting networks used to provide the service or their normal operation.
9. Attempting to access the service, another person's account, server-connected computer or network without authorization.
10. Interfering with other members' use of the service.

All content presented on this website, including but not limited to trademarks, designs, text, images, audio and video, is protected by copyright and owned by HCG or its lawful rights holders. Reproduction, copying or transmission in any form without HCG's prior written authorization may constitute infringement of HCG's intellectual property rights, for which HCG may seek legal remedies. Users who upload, transmit or input any material to this website must ensure that they have the lawful rights or authorization to do so and that the material does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

The rights and obligations arising between members and HCG from use of this service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
