公司股利政策及執行狀況
- 公司每年決算後當年度如有盈餘，除依法繳納營利事業所得稅及彌補以 往年度虧損外，應先提撥百分之十之法定盈餘公積及就公司實際需要酌提特別盈餘公積，如尚有盈餘，就其餘額按下列百分比分派之：
(1) 員工酬勞提撥比率為年度獲利 5% 至 8%。
(2) 董事、監察人酬勞提撥比率為年度獲利 3% 為上限。
其餘就此盈餘併同以前年度累積未分配盈餘分派股東股利。股東股利之分配得視公司營運狀況及資金需求由董事會擬案送股東會同意後分派之。現金股利優先發放，現金股利與股票股利同時發放時其中現金股利之發放不得低於發放股利總額百分之十。法定盈餘公積已達資本總額時，得經股東會決議停止提撥。法定盈餘及資本公積派充股利及紅利，依相關法令規定之，亦由董事會擬案送股東會同意後分派之。長期投資依權益法計算之投資收益內，屬於現金股利以外未實現部份，應就當期盈餘項下轉列特別盈餘公積，俟實現後再列入盈餘分配;當年度長期投資依權益法計算損益，如產生投資虧損，應優先由特別盈餘公積彌補之。 - 本次股東會擬議股利分配情形：
(1) 本公司111年度財務報表業經安侯建業聯合會計師事務所江曉苓會計師及江忠儀會計師查核完竣，111年度稅後盈餘為新臺幣157,290,246元，依本公司章程 規定提列10%法定盈餘公積新臺幣22,910,303元，期末可分配盈餘為新臺幣1,514,475,242元。擬以111年度可供分配盈餘1,514,475,242元分配股東現金股息新臺幣60,655,992元(每壹股盈餘分配0.2元)，計算至元為止，元以下捨去，分配未滿一元之畸零款合計數，列入本公司其他收入。
(2) 本案俟股東常會通過後，授權董事長訂定除息基準日、發放日及其他相關事宜。
(3) 如嗣後因買回本公司股份、轉讓、註銷或配合其他法令規定，致影響流通在外股份數量，其相關配息金額或配息率之調整，提請股東會授權董事會全權處理之。

1. How HCG Collects Your Personal Data

2. How HCG Shares Your Personal Data with Third Parties
HCG and its service partners may use your personal information to operate the website, provide services, and notify you of new features, services and HCG product information. To protect users, HCG carefully selects any information about third-party products or services that may be sent to you, generally when relevant to website services. Such use is secondary and not essential to the core service.

3. HCG Cookie Policy
A cookie is a set of information that allows a web server to recognize a user's device and retain records. Most websites use cookies to provide useful features.
